Informuojame, kad 2020 m. kovo 3 d. Vilniaus apygardos teismas viešame teismo posėdyje žodinio proceso tvarka išnagrinėjo kreditoriaus „Merlin Aviation Leasing“ (Ireland) 14 Limited prašymą dėl kreditorinio reikalavimo patvirtinimo.

Teismas nutartimi patvirtino kreditoriaus Merlin Aviation Leasing (Ireland) 14 Limited 5022982,67 Eur (penki milijonai dvidešimt du tūkstančiai devyni šimtai aštuoniasdešimt du eurai 67 ct) dydžio finansinį reikalavimą.
